Loasliya was born at Kilinochchi, Sri Lanka on 1993 . Her parents, Father Mariyanesan is a driver initailly who is from Jaffna, Sri Lanka later a business man in london, and her mother is a house wife. Losliya has three sisters  one is Sameeksha Surve and Tanvi Surve who are younger to her. During her child age, her  total family moved to Trinco, Sri Lanka and brought up in the same city.

Loasliya completed her schooling and college in Trinco and later she went to Colombo to find a job and worked in a television company. She knew Sinhala and Tamil languages very fluently. She joined Sakthi Television  channel as a Tamil news reader and worked as a reporter in sri lanka.
